Restructuring

On March 31, 2009, Idearc announced that in order to restructure its capitalization and debt obligations to a more appropriate level that will provide the Company with the opportunity to prosper and grow in the years ahead, Idearc and its subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
