Thomas S. Rogers serves on the board of directors of Idearc Inc., the nation's most advanced provider of yellow pages and home to Superpages.com®. Rogers has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TiVo, Inc, a provider of television-based interactive and entertainment services, since 2005. He also serves on the board of directors of TiVo. Rogers previously served as Chairman of the Board of Teleglobe International Holdings, Ltd., a provider of international voice, data, internet, and mobile roaming services, from 2004 to 2006. Rogers also served as Chairman of TRget Media LLC, a media industry investment and operations advisory firm, from 2003 to 2005. Rogers served as the Senior Operating Executive for media and entertainment for Cerberus Capital Management, a large private equity firm, from 2004 to 2005. Prior to holding that position, Rogers served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primedia, Inc., a print, video, and online media company, from 1999 to 2003. From 1987 until 1999, Rogers held positions with National Broadcast Company, Inc., or NBC, including President of NBC Cable and Executive Vice President.
