Paul Weaver serves on the board of directors of Idearc Inc., the nation's most advanced provider of yellow pages and home to Superpages.com®. Weaver is a former Vice Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he was responsible for all firm-wide revenue-related activities. During his more than 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Weaver served as the lead partner on a number of the firm's largest global clients and held various management positions, including serving as chairman of the firm's global technology practice group for a number of years, focusing on the technology, infocomm, entertainment and media industries. Weaver has a Bachelor of Science degree from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the board, chairman of the audit committee and member of the corporate governance committee of AMN Healthcare; and a board member of Gateway. Weaver is also chairman of the board of the Statue of Liberty/ Ellis Island Foundation and serves on the corporate advisory board of the University of Michigan Business School.
