Jerry V. Elliott serves on the board of directors of Idearc Inc., the nation's most advanced provider of yellow pages and home to Superpages.com®. Elliott is currently Chief Financial Officer of Cengage Learning, providers of print and digital information services for the educational and library reference markets. Elliott also serves on the board of directors of SunCom Wireless (NYSE: TPC) and Tekelec (NASDAQ: TKLC). In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Previously, Elliott was the president, chief executive officer and a director of Global Signal Inc. Prior to that, he served as a president and as a director of Citizens Communications Co. (NYSE: CZN) and managing director of media and communications in Morgan Stanley's investment banking group. He also was a partner at the law firm of Shearman & Sterling and an accountant at Arthur Andersen.
